Go from couch bound to running a 5K in 8 weeks! Never run a 5k, but always wanted to? Haven't run in awhile and want to ease back into the game? Want to be part of a fun and accountable running club that keeps to around 3 miles or less?

If you are eager to train with a fun group and knowledgeable trainers, then grab a friend or your child and join us for the InnerStrength 5K run club! Know that this group is a lot more than just "training for an event", this group is made up of newbies and alumni alike that needed a run group of their own to get excited about! So once you complete your first 8 weeks with us, we hope you'll come back to improve upon or maintain what you have achieved!

The Group meets Saturdays at 8AM, locations change weekly . . . and you'll be running the same routes as our half and full marathon runners! Just not as far of course . . . but the energy of the group will inspire! And who knows . . . you may just want to jump in to the half marathon program with us next season?!

We all have something to contribute, we all can do better, . . . even if that simply means not stopping, not giving up. Some join for the goal, some for the accountability, some for the socialization and health benefits, but ALL for the coaching and ALL for the community fun. What do you have to lose?
