Go from couch bound to running a 5K in 8 weeks! Never run a 5k, but always wanted to? Haven't run in awhile and want to ease back into the game? Want to be part of a fun and accountable running club that keeps to around 3 miles or less?

Drop-in Monday Night Running Group

An easy way to get to know us is to just be part of our free group runs on Monday nights at 7:30 PM. But this is no ordinary boring group run. These are restaurant runs! Our season for this is November through April and we typically host a couple runs a month. And if you are NEW to Nashville, there is no better group you could be part of! Why run from the same starting point every week when you can tour the city in spirit and exercise like this!

Our trail groups meet up in Percy Warner and Edwin Warner Park from May - October and we'd love to have you join us!
